Documents Required for Admission

1. 2 Passport size photographs of each student and parent.
2. Attested photocopy of Birth certificate issued by Competent Authority.
3. Attested photocopy of parents’ identity e.g. Voter’s Card / License / Passport/ PAN Card.
4. Attested photocopy of Aadhar card and Family-ID.
5. Attested photocopy of previous Class Report Card.
6. School Leaving certificate [Original].
7. Attested photocopy of certificate belonging to SC/ST/OBC/E.W.S.
8. Attested photocopy of class IX Registration card.
9. Attested photocopy of class X Report Card.
10. Attested photocopy of class XI Registration card.
11. Attested photocopy of class XI Report Card.

Note: Class-wise document to be attached with admission -form.

Class: I-IX – Serial No. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7

Class : X (Only Transfer – Serial No. 1,2,3,4,6,7,8 cases and on merit basis).

Class: XI – Serial No. 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9

Class : XII (Only Transfer – Serial No. 1,2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10,11 cases and on merit basis).
